NETWORK SHE MAGAZINE SPONSORSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

NETWORK SHE MAGAZINE SPONSORSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Last updated: 26th October 2026

These terms apply when a business or organisation purchases a Network She Magazine Quarterly Sponsorship. By booking and paying for sponsorship, you agree to these terms.

1. THE QUARTERLY SPONSORSHIP

Our quarterly sponsors support the magazine and the wider work it does to connect, champion and celebrate businesses across the Network She community.

The current Network She Magazine Quarterly Sponsorship is £249 for three months.

2. WHAT YOUR SPONSORSHIP INCLUDES

·         Front cover recognition as an official Network She Magazine sponsor

·         A full-page sponsor feature within the magazine

·         A clickable call to action within your magazine feature

·         Recognition throughout the three-month sponsorship period

·         One dedicated sponsor email to the Network She community

·         Three dedicated social media posts

·         Sponsor mentions within magazine promotion where appropriate

·         Your logo on sponsor promotional material

These are the core deliverables included within the standard sponsorship fee. Anything outside this package must be separately agreed with Network She.

3. YOUR THREE-MONTH SPONSORSHIP PERIOD

Your sponsorship will run for the agreed three-month period associated with the relevant quarterly edition of Network She Magazine. This will begin from the date the magazine is launched.

The timing of individual promotional activity within that period will be determined by Network She as part of the magazine and marketing schedule.

4. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

After sponsorship has been confirmed, Network She will provide access to a private Sponsor Content Submission form. You will be asked to provide business information, feature copy/content, logo, photographs, main link/call to action and details of the offer, service, event, campaign or message you would particularly like us to promote.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and suitable information by the deadline provided.

5. WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE US TO PROMOTE

Network She will use the promotional focus supplied by the sponsor to help shape the sponsor feature and promotional activity. Sponsorship does not give the sponsor unrestricted control over Network She's editorial or marketing communications.

Network She retains reasonable editorial control over the wording, presentation, timing and format of content published through its own channels.

6. YOUR MAGAZINE FEATURE

Your sponsorship includes a full-page sponsor feature in the relevant edition. Network She may edit and format supplied content for spelling and grammar, clarity, length, house style, layout and presentation while aiming to retain the original meaning.

The sponsorship does not guarantee a particular page number or position unless specifically agreed in writing. Front cover sponsor recognition does not mean that the sponsor is the principal cover feature.

7. YOUR DEDICATED SPONSOR EMAIL

The sponsorship includes one dedicated sponsor email to the Network She community during the sponsorship period. The email will be based on the sponsor information and promotional focus supplied to Network She and will be written, formatted and scheduled in a style appropriate to Network She's audience. Once you have provided your details Network she will have control of what is shared in this email.

8. SOCIAL MEDIA PROMOTION

The sponsorship includes three dedicated social media posts during the three-month sponsorship period. Network She will determine the scheduling and format of these posts as part of its wider marketing activity.

The three dedicated posts are separate from any additional incidental sponsor mentions that Network She may choose to make.

9. ADDITIONAL SPONSOR RECOGNITION

Network She may also acknowledge sponsors when promoting the magazine or relevant Network She activity. The wording 'where appropriate' means sponsorship does not guarantee inclusion in every individual post, email, graphic, event or piece of magazine promotion produced during the sponsorship period.

10. CONTENT AND ASSET DEADLINES

If a sponsor does not provide the required materials by the deadline, Network She cannot guarantee delivery of any element that depends upon those materials within the originally planned schedule. Network She will make reasonable efforts to deliver remaining activity, but missed deadlines may result in a simplified sponsor feature, rescheduled promotional activity, missed opportunities or movement of the magazine feature to a later edition where practical. Failure to provide content or assets on time will not automatically entitle the sponsor to a refund.

11. ACCURACY AND RESPONSIBILITY

Sponsors are responsible for ensuring that information they provide is accurate and lawful, does not infringe rights, and does not contain unsupported or misleading claims. The sponsor remains responsible for claims relating to its own products, services, prices, offers and business.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PERMISSIONS

You confirm that you own or have the necessary permission to provide all copy, photographs, logos, graphics and other materials supplied to Network She. You retain ownership of your original materials and give Network She permission to use them as reasonably necessary to fulfil and promote the agreed sponsorship.

13. PHOTOGRAPHS AND IMAGES

Sponsors are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate rights and permissions for photographs and images they provide. Further requirements are contained in the Network She Magazine Photography and Image Policy.

14. LINKS, OFFERS AND PRICING

Sponsors are responsible for ensuring that links, prices, dates, availability and offer information supplied to Network She are correct. Network She is not responsible for the operation or availability of the sponsor's website, booking systems or other third-party destinations. Any offers must remain active for the full 3 months of the sponsorship agreement.

15. PAYMENT

The sponsorship fee must be paid through the approved Network She payment or invoicing process. Sponsorship is not confirmed until the required payment has been received. Payment plans are available upon request.

16. CANCELLATION BY THE SPONSOR

Once a quarterly sponsorship has been booked and paid for, the sponsorship fee is non-refundable because Network She reserves space, schedules promotional activity and begins work associated with the sponsorship. If a sponsor decides not to continue after booking, Network She is not obliged to refund unused elements.

17. CANCELLATION OR MATERIAL CHANGE BY NETWORK SHE

If Network She is unable to provide a substantial part of the agreed sponsorship for reasons within its control, it will work with the sponsor to provide an appropriate alternative, which may include rescheduling, moving activity to a future edition or period, providing an equivalent alternative, or refunding an appropriate proportion of the sponsorship fee with the partners of Network She.

18. PUBLICATION AND SCHEDULE CHANGES

Network She will make reasonable efforts to follow its planned publication and promotional schedule. Reasonable scheduling changes do not automatically entitle a sponsor to a refund, provided Network She is still able to deliver the substantive elements of the sponsorship.

19. DIGITAL ARCHIVE

Digital editions may remain publicly available after the three-month sponsorship period has ended. The sponsor feature, logo and other sponsor content included within that edition may remain visible within the archived publication.

20. NO GUARANTEE OF COMMERCIAL RESULTS

Network She will provide the promotional activity included within the sponsorship package but cannot guarantee a particular number of readers or recipients, email opens or clicks, website visits, leads, enquiries, sales, event bookings, social media reach or engagement, or any other specific commercial result.

21. SPONSORSHIP AND ENDORSEMENT

Sponsorship means that the sponsor is financially supporting Network She Magazine in return for the agreed sponsorship benefits. It does not automatically mean that Network She endorses every product, service, statement or claim made by the sponsor.

22. APPROPRIATE SPONSORSHIPS

Network She reserves the right to decline or end a sponsorship where it reasonably believes continuing the relationship could conflict materially with Network She's values or community standards, create a significant legal or regulatory risk, cause serious reputational harm, or associate Network She with unlawful, discriminatory or seriously misleading activity. If sponsorship ends after fulfilment has begun, any refund or alternative arrangement will depend on the circumstances and work already completed.

23. RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN NETWORK SHE AND THE SPONSOR

The sponsorship does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture or agency relationship between Network She and the sponsor. Neither party has authority to enter into commitments on behalf of the other unless separately agreed in writing.

24. DATA AND PRIVACY

Personal information collected through sponsorship enquiries, bookings and content submissions will be handled in accordance with the Network She Magazine Privacy Policy. Network She may send operational communications necessary to manage and fulfil the sponsorship.

25. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Network She may update its Sponsorship Terms and Conditions for future sponsorship bookings. The terms applying to a sponsorship will be those presented or linked when that sponsorship is booked.
